The Co-Founders
Bruno Jactel
CEO
Bruno, former CEO of TyraTech, transformed the company from a technology platform into a commercial operation serving major retailers like Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens. Previously, as Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer at Merial, he helped Frontline become the first $1B animal health product. With a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Paris, he also holds a master's in Economic Policy from Sorbonne University and a postgraduate degree in Agricultural Economics.
Frank Jusich
Head of US Operations
Frank is currently the Head of Commercial Operations for Pertinent and CEO of 3D BioSciences. He was formerly the President of Central Life Sciences, where he led a $300M animal and health company with strong brands in livestock, veterinary, pest control, consumer and agricultural markets. The livestock brands included Altosid, Clarify, Starbar, QuickStrike and Farnam fly control products. Frank has a track record of developing markets for innovative new products and technologies. Frank holds a MBA from the Universiy to Texas at Permian Basin.
Ron Hatton
Chief Operating Officer
Ron launched Bayer Advanced (now Bio-Advanced) consumer lawn & garden brands, overseeing supply chain logistics for its largest launch. He later joined TyraTech as part of the team that launched Vamousse, a lice control product that became the third-largest brand worldwide. As a change agent, Ron streamlined financial, manufacturing, and distribution systems by merging three NAFTA companies at Sipcam Agro, Inc. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve and an MBA from Saint Mary's College in California.
Scot Huber
Chief Scientific Officer
Scot, former CSO at TyraTech, led the development of successful nature-derived pest control products. With leadership roles at Sanofi, Rhone Merieux, and Scynexis, he has over 30 patents and publications. Scot's research focuses on phytogenic solutions for pest control in animals, crops, and homes.Scot holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Virginia.
